We are three childhood best friends since the middle of the 90’s that played football and did other sports activities together for many years. As the years passed by we discovered our roles as advisors, trainers, teachers, leaders and mentors so we wanted to add value and fill those gaps that were there when we were younger and still in some extent are. RMJ Sports Management was created.
Football has been a great passion for Joe since a young age,
his football journey started when he was just four years old. From the age of 17-29, he had a professional career where he gained valuable experiences that he today can pass on to football players, especially to the up-and-coming ones.
During his career, Joe has had Pep Guardiola, Janne Andersson, Kasper Hjulmand and Jonas Thern. Joe has always been passionate about development and helping people achieve their goals. To be able to work in a group and to be able to achieve great things together is an unbeatable feeling.
After his career, he has started a football academy called
JV-Academy, where he develops football players of all ages
and all levels. Joe also has a great interest in developing athletic performance drinks that are designed for athletes
and high performers, which is called Max Performance.
Joe is based is Stockholm.
Fabio played football from the age of 6. During more than 20 years of professional career he played in different positions, mainly as a central midfielder, as right wing or right back and in different countries. He spent most of his time in Italy, reaching Serie C in 2013, and he also played in England, Latvia and Lithuania.
Since his playing career ended in 2016, he worked in various positions in corporate finance and currently he is a manager
for a Swedish multi-national leader in medical technology solutions.
Fabio is also a mentor at Oxford Brookes University, where he got his Bachelor in Accounting and Business Management,
and since he never stopped being involved in football, he is a licensed players agent and scout.
Beside football, he has a great passion for travels, cars and IT. Fabio is based in Stockholm, Sweden
Michael played football his whole youth, but at the age of 15
he discovered boxing and got hooked instantly. He was a competitive and technical middleweight but shoulder
injuries ended the competing career in 2012.
Michael Co-founded HBS (Halmstad Boxningssällskap) back in 2008, which still exist today with many active members.
He was a boxing trainer 2009-2014.
Except for the sports mentioned above, Michael has always had a huge passion for cars, motorcycles and traveling around the world. He works in the financial industry since more than ten years and was until recently partner at a leading investment bank in Stockholm.
Robin started playing football at the age of 7. He played as a left back and left winger until the age of 32, and he was also captain of SNFF (Snöstorp Nyhem) for many years. Robin was simultaneously a speaking partner on a daily basis throughout Joe’s whole professional football career.
Except for football, Robin has always had a passion for exploring the world and he loves spending time with family and friends. He has worked with youths for more than a decade and is currently working as a educator in Stockholm, helping children and teenagers reaching their full potential.
Magdy is a creative business development manager with talent for building solid relationships with people. Magdy has a passion for People, Football and technology. He uses his 30+ years of football knowledge and 15+ years of global experience in technology & people management to help clubs and football players achieve their maximum potential.
Other skills that Magdy posses are negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and inspiring others.
