We are three childhood friends since the middle of the 90’s that played football and did other sports activities together for many years. As the years passed by we discovered our roles as advisors, trainers, teachers, leaders and mentors so we wanted to add value and fill those gaps that were there when we were younger and still are in some extent.

Football has been Joe’s passion from a very young age and the football journey began when he was four years old. From the age of 17-29, he had a professional career where he gained valuable experiences that he today can pass on to football players, especially to the up-and-coming ones. During his career, Joe has had Pep Guardiola, Janne Andersson, Kasper Hjulmand and Jonas Thern. Joe is a person who has always been passionate about development and helping people achieve their goals. To be able to work in a group and to be able to achieve great things together is an unbeatable feeling. After his career, he has started a football academy called JV-Academy, where he develops football players of all ages and all levels.
